Providing counseling since 1989, I am recognized in N.C. as an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups. A graduate of East Carolina University's Graduate School of Social Work-Mental Health, I specialize in a broad spectrum of mental health as well as addictions issues.
